Our findings revealed a crucial demand: users of a high-caliber product seek detailed information about product sourcing and environmental impact. How we leveraged AI to enhance user flows
The primary challenge was to design an intuitive interface that seamlessly integrated diverse product listings, user profiles, and a complex transaction system. To kick off the project, KIING Studios conducted extensive user research. We utilized AI-driven tools to analyze data from similar marketplace platforms, focusing on user interactions, navigation patterns, and common friction points. From there we realized there was a strong desire for comprehensive product details and personalized product suggestions based on users browsing and purchasing behavior.
